Delivery Services at Your Convenience

When booking a repair with Cellell online, you can choose from several service options at checkout, including postal repair, call-out service (available in selected areas), or in-store visits.

For postal repairs, all deliveries are sent via tracked and signed-for services. We are unable to leave parcels with neighbours or in safe places. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.


Your Data

We strongly recommend that customers back up or wipe their data before sending devices for repair. While we take great care during all repair processes, customers are responsible for their own data security. SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories should be removed before sending devices, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss.


Call-Out Repair Service

Our qualified technicians can visit your home, workplace, or hotel to repair your device on-site while you continue your day. We ensure all repairs are carried out securely and your personal data remains protected.

Appointments can be scheduled within convenient time slots via SMS or email. All call-out repairs include a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.


Post-In Repair Service

If you are outside our local area or unable to visit our store, you can use our UK-wide postal repair service. Simply send your device securely to us for diagnosis and repair.

Devices are inspected upon arrival. In most cases, repairs are completed the same or next day, with return delivery via tracked shipping. All devices must be checked upon return.

Cellell provides a 12-month repair warranty on eligible repairs.


Walk-In Repair Service

No appointment is required for walk-in repairs. Simply bring your device to our store and we will repair it as quickly as possible. Many repairs are completed within an hour, and most devices are returned the same day.

Appointments can also be booked in advance if preferred.

Refunds on Repair Orders

Repair orders can be cancelled before the device is sent to us for a full refund. Once the device has been received, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is approved after receipt, postage costs may be deducted.

If no fault is found after inspection, the device will be returned and a diagnostic handling fee may apply.

Non-refundable services may include liquid damage diagnostics or assessment where no repair is carried out.


Waterproof Devices

Devices advertised as water-resistant are sealed at the factory. Once opened for repair, we cannot guarantee the device will remain fully water-resistant, even when high-quality parts and methods are used.


Refunds on Product Orders

Refurbished devices purchased from Cellell include a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the device within this period for a refund, provided it is in original condition.

Customers have 30 days to request an exchange. After this period, devices are only eligible for repair under warranty.

Returned items must be in original condition, with packaging intact where applicable. Customers are responsible for return postage on non-faulty items.

We operate a No Fix, No Fee policy where applicable.


Damaged & Lost Goods

If items arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours and retain all packaging for investigation purposes.

Lost items require tracking details and proof of dispatch. Courier investigations may take up to 28 days before resolution.
